1. Returns Eligibility

1.2 Eligible Items: To be eligible for a return, your item must be in its original packaging and in the same condition as when you received it. Brace Boss does not accept returns for items that have been used, worn, or damaged due to customer mishandling.

2.4 Clearly Mark the RA Number: Write the RA number on the outside of the package. Packages without a valid RA number will not be accepted.
3. Return Shipping
3.1 Customer Responsibility: You are responsible for the cost of return shipping, unless the return is due to an error on our part or a defective product.
3.2 Shipping Insurance: We recommend using a trackable shipping service and purchasing shipping insurance. We cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
4.1 Refund Process: Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will notify you of the status of your refund. If your return is approved, we will initiate a refund to your original payment method.
4.2 Processing Time: Refunds may take 5-7 business days to process, depending on your payment provider's policies.
We do not offer exchanges at this time. If you need a different item, please place a new order on our website.
